Install on a Mac

Download the installer from your plug-ins account. Save your work, close audio applications, open the package and choose AU, VST3 or AAX Native. Administrator permission is required. Open your host and find the plug-in under Dubspot.

Check the operating system requirement on the product page. Your host may require a newer system. Windows versions are coming soon; the macOS package cannot be used on Windows.

Activate or start a trial

  1. Choose Activate in the plug-in, then Activate / Start trial.
  2. Sign in with your existing Dubspot account, or create one.
  3. Choose the matching plug-in and start the trial or activate your purchase for this computer.
  4. Download the licence file and choose Import licence file in the plug-in.

The 14-day trial is fully functional and does not start an automatic payment. Each purchased plug-in permits three computers. The Analog Bundle grants all four products, each with its own three-computer allowance.

Activate an offline computer

Choose Copy offline request in the plug-in. Take that request to a connected computer and paste it into the matching product's offline activation section in your account. Download the licence file, transfer it back and import it. An activated perpetual licence needs no periodic internet connection.

Move to another computer

Deactivate the old computer in your account, stop using the plug-in there and remove its local licence file. This frees a slot. Deactivation cannot erase a licence file on an offline computer. Contact us if a computer is lost.

Missing plug-in or rejected licence

Confirm the installed format is supported by your host and follow that host's discovery instructions. A licence file must match both the product and the computer; saving a preset or copying a session does not transfer activation. Check the system date if a trial reports invalid dates.

Send a support request with the plug-in version, macOS version, host name and version, and the steps that reproduce the issue. You can track requests in your account when you submit them while signed in, or email admin@dubspot.com. Do not send your password.
