EQP1 privacy policy

Effective November 5, 2026.

This policy covers EQP1 for iPhone and iPad, published under the Dubspot brand by Resonate Tech, Inc.

Audio stays on your device

EQP1 processes audio locally. It does not upload your audio, presets or host sessions to Dubspot. Your music app supplies audio to the AUv3 extension and manages its saved state.

No data collection or tracking

The mobile app and extension have no Dubspot account sign-in, analytics, advertising or tracking. They do not collect personal information. The privacy manifest declares no collected data types and no tracking.

Local operation and external links

EQP1 uses system timing for audio and interface operation. Its guide can open support and privacy pages in your browser. Those web pages and any email you choose to send are outside the app's local audio processing.

Apple handles the App Store purchase under its own privacy policy. Your host app has its own privacy practices. The desktop editions use Dubspot account licensing; see desktop account and activation privacy.

Changes and contact

If a future mobile release changes data handling, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy details before releasing it. Questions can be sent to admin@dubspot.com.
