Course Enrollment and Access
Enrollment Requirements
To enroll in Dubspot courses, you must be at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Course Access
Upon enrollment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for the duration specified in your enrollment agreement. Course access is typically granted for the lifetime of the course, but we reserve the right to modify access terms with reasonable notice.
Account Sharing
Course access is limited to the enrolled individual. You may not share your account credentials or course materials with others. Violation of this policy may result in account termination without refund.
Payment and Refund Policy
Payment Terms
Course fees are due at the time of enrollment. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change, but changes do not affect existing enrollments.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of enrollment. To request a refund:
- Request must be made within 30 days of enrollment
- You must not have completed more than 25% of the course
- Contact support@dubspot.com with your enrollment details
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
Refunds are not available for courses on sale or after the 30-day period expires.
Intellectual Property Rights
Dubspot Content
All content provided through Dubspot courses, including videos, audio files, text, images, and course materials, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This content is owned by Dubspot or our licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you create during courses (e.g., music productions, assignments). By submitting content to Dubspot (such as forum posts or project submissions), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content for educational and promotional purposes.
User Conduct and Responsibilities
As a Dubspot user, you agree to:

- Respect other users and instructors in all interactions
